Pineapple Coconut Nice Cream

Frozen pineapple, coconut milk, and honey blend into tropical soft serve.

Ingredients

• 3 cups frozen pineapple
• ½ cup coconut milk
• 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

1. Blend the frozen pineapple with the coconut milk.
2. Add the honey and blend until swirly smooth.
3. Serve soft right away, or freeze for scoopable ice cream.
